At 3:00 p.m. on September 26, the seminar on Italy's Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, part of the International Education Promotion Week series, was successfully held in Room 312 of the College of Food Science. The seminar was hosted by Ms. Hu Zi, postgraduate counselor and foreign affairs secretary of the college, with more than 100 undergraduate and postgraduate students in attendance.

Ms. Anna gave a presentation entirely in English, introducing Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore's diverse interdisciplinary integration, rich academic programs, solid academic standards, and inclusive academic environment. Its four campuses span the whole of Italy: Milan, Piacenza-Cremona, Brescia, and Rome. She also explained in detail the duration, costs, and key considerations of the study-abroad exchange programs in Italy, patiently answering various questions raised by the students. Subsequently, Mr. Zhu from the OfficeofInternationalCooperation and Exchangesbriefed the students on Southwest University's policies for studying abroad (outside the Chinese mainland) and the university's generous subsidies. Mr. Zhu noted that the university now offers students many opportunities to study abroad, and that it is an excellent time for them to broaden their horizons and expand their outlook. He encouraged everyone to learn more about and keep an eye on the program announcements from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges / Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of Southwest University. An exchange student from the School of Music who had studied in Italy also shared anecdotes from her study and life at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Finally, Ms. Hu Zi expressed gratitude to Ms. Anna and Mr. Zhu for their presentations and advised the students that, against the backdrop of a year-on-year increase in the trend of Southwest University students studying abroad, they should seize opportunities bravely, improve themselves, and enhance their international competence and professional capabilities.
